Does Hotels.com offer refunds for bookings?

It depends on each individual booking.

If the reservation is eligible for a refund and it was booked with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited within 24 hours of the refund processing. However, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to show up on a bank statement.

If a gift card was used for the booking, a new gift card will be sent via email for the refunded amount within four hours of the refund being processed.

It’s important to note certain bookings are nonrefundable. Be sure to check the cancellation policy for each reservation prior to purchase.
